If you are not in when your order arrives the courier service will leave you a calling card. Alternatively you can re-arrange delivery beforehand with the courier to a more convenient day or authorise for your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you miss your delivery you can contact the courier via the details given on your calling card but unfortunately if a delivery fails 2 times and is returned to us we will be forced to charge you the delivery charge again in order to re-ship it out to you.
